Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain customers to ensure good performance and service reputation;
2. Analyze the problems of external and internal communication, provide improvement plans and measures, improve customer satisfaction, and increase customer penetration;
3. Responsible for the proposal, quotation and contract formulation of activities;
4. Be responsible for the progress of customer and activity collection, and strive for the profit of the activity;

6. Responsible for the timely and high-quality completion of various reports and activity reports, delivery to customers and detailed elaboration;

Job Qualifications:
1. More than 3 years of customer service work experience is required, familiar with the operation process of the offline marketing industry, and has worked in relevant positions in 4A companies and marketing companies;
2. It is necessary to have good customer relations and industry reputation, and have the confidence and ability to complete performance and high-quality service;
3. Have good ability to propose and quote activities, and have excellent ability to explain and persuade customers;
4. Familiar with the overall control of regular offline projects such as store sales, KA channel promotion, distribution, and long-term and short-term management, as well as the overall control of customers;
5. Have a strong sense of responsibility and be able to work under pressure;
6. Proficient in the use of office software, Excel (pivot, Vlookup, etc.), PPT, etc.
