Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the operation and management of WeChat private domain traffic in the automotive industry;

2. CRM operation management and implementation;

3. Customer consulting services, responsible for the operation and management of the automotive WeChat community;

4. Answer customers' questions and doubts about products and sales, and invite customers to the store;

5. Customer follow-up and supplier management;

Job Qualifications:

1. More than 1 year of sales experience in 4S stores;

2. Experience in automobile call center (DCC), automobile network sales, automobile surface sales, one of the three can be;

3. Good communication skills;

4. Conscientious and responsible, proactive, and strong ability to work under pressure;

Working hours:

8 days off per month (rotational breaks), 8 hours of work per day.
