Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the legal research of online businesses such as the Internet, digital retail, e-commerce operations, and community marketing, and put forward legal compliance risk opinions, sort out the online business risk map and identify the risk level, and provide practical and effective risk avoidance solutions;  

2. Take the initiative to recognize the important processes and systems that are missing in the daily operation of online or digital retail-related businesses such as the Internet, digital retail, e-commerce operations, and community marketing, and coordinate internal and external resources to manage, control or avoid legal risks;

3. Responsible for the drafting, review, revision, and optimization of online business transaction contracts such as the Internet, digital retail, e-commerce operation, community marketing, daily legal consultation, dispute resolution, legal training, etc.

Job Qualifications:

1、Full-time undergraduate degree or above majoring in law, passed the national judicial examination, solid legal expertise, well-known law school, or LLM graduation is preferred;

2, familiar with contract law, proficient in advertising law, anti-unfair competition law, with more than 5 years of e-commerce/live broadcast/MCN/digital retail field compliance management experience, both FMCG, beauty, mother and child any industry online sales legal services experience is preferred;

3, with legal business thinking, strong communication skills, stress resistance, analytical ability, and legal risk response-ability.
